What to do if you pick the wrong lane


If you find yourself in the wrong lane when approaching the Toll Booths, do not attempt to reverse your vehicle as this can be dangerous to you and other road users. All lanes are equipped with a help button located on the Toll Booth or Credit/Debit card machine in the automatic lanes. Pressing the ‘Call’ button will alert a Team Leader, who will provide instructions on safely exiting the lane.
